Sofia Mitsola Studio Visit

In collaboration with The Cultivist

Sofia Mitsola (b. 1992, Thessaloniki, Greece) works primarily with paintings in which she investigates the female form. Her invented characters are informed by ancient Greek and Egyptian sculptures, usually depictions of goddesses or mythical creatures.

Paulina Olowska Artist Talk during Paris +

Paulina Olowska is widely acclaimed for her work that captures some the most critical feminist discussions of the contemporary moment. It was a great joy and honour to be in conversation with Olowska, in Paris during a special event we organised with The Cultivist during Paris +. We took a deep dive into Olowska's practice, exploring key themes and works published in Olowska's new monograph 'Her Hauntology", which coincided with her exhibition at Kistefos in Norway

Studio Visit & Artist Talk

We were delighted to visit the studio of pre-eminent artist Catalina Swinburn (b. 1979, Santiago) and gain an insider's glimpse into her phenomenal practice. Her exploration and experimentation with various media provided a fascinating discussion and deeper understanding of the artist's archival methodology.

Hollingworth Collection Visit

In Collaboration with The Cultivist

Since the late 1990’s, music and tech entrepreneur Craig Hollingworth has developed one of the largest collections of works by Banksy in the world. For the first time, Craig and Rita Hollingworth opened their home to a small group of The Cultivist members, who were able to experience rare works by Banksy, Damian Hirst, Harland Miller, Lowie Hollowell, Antony Gormley and many more.

After the roaring success of last year’s inaugural edition of London Gallery Weekend, this year proved to be another incredible testament to the success of the initiative.

59th Venice Biennale
The Cultivist with Anaïs Lellouche

At the 59th Venice Biennale 2022, Milk of Dreams, we were delighted to host an event in conversation with Oliver Beer at the height of his 24 hour performance Little Gods at the Conservatorio di Musica Benedetto Marcello di Venezia.

Carmignac Collection Visit

We are delighted to announce an exclusive visit of the Carmignac Collection, in collaboration with The Cultivist, at their headquarters in Paris on the 9th December at 6.30 p.m.

The visit will be introduced by Charles Carmignac, Director of the Foundation; led by Amélie Blanchy, Director of the Collection and hosted by Anais Lellouche, art consultant.

Heather Phillipson: Studio Visit

In collaboration with The Cultivist

The Cultivist will be hosting a studio visit with one of Britain’s leading contemporary artists on the 7th of December. Heather Phillipson is a pioneer in art, poetry, video and music among many other interdisciplinary talents and takes inspiration from all manner of things, border collies, late 90s rave culture and alien worlds.

Hawala at Paradise Row

In collaboration with The Cultivist

As a guest speaker for The Cultivist, Anaïs Lellouche led a guided tour of Hawala, the inaugural exhibition at Paradise Row Projects.
On view from 16 September - 29 October 2021, Hawala will exhibit a group of leading South Asian London artists who will show both physical and digital works.

Art patron, collector and entrepreneur Rachel Verghis is the founder of art technology company, goo.ey and VerghisArt. She opens the doors to her London home graced with incredible artworks. We’ll discuss how she built her collection of contemporary Australian and international art, as well as her philanthropic support to artists through her board role with the Biennale of Sydney.
